Part of the Serra da Lousã Natura Network, this trail follows a traditional path that connects the four villages that make up the Góis Schist Villages Network: Aigra Nova, Aigra Velha, Comareira, and Pena.

In addition to the Penedos de Góis, along the trail you can see ovens, mills, a threshing floor, haylofts, cattle pens, pigsties, and wine cellars.

Some traditional or community structures are still in use and are, therefore, an added value to a tourist experience that is simple yet of the highest quality.

Along the route, you can spot birds of prey and herds of deer, visit the riverside woods along the Pena Stream and other centuries-old forests, always following paths that have the least possible impact on the surrounding environment.
