This is a trail with little exposure.
Access to the trail
Starting from Vieira do Minho, head toward Cantelães on the EM 526. After traveling approximately 4 km, you will come to an intersection with a stone cross in the center. Turn right at this point. If you look closely, you will see vertical wooden signs on the right side of the road. These red-painted posts mark one of the mountain bike trails in Cabreira. To reach the Casa de Guarda do Turio, simply follow the signs along the road.
