The Barrocal Route is another way to visit some of the points of interest in the municipality of Sátão. This circular route, approximately 14 km long, begins at the Sanctuary of Nosso Senhor da Agonia and heads toward the Chapel of Nossa Senhora do Barrocal, right next to which there is a grotto. Continuing this walk surrounded by nature, you will reach the village of Douro Calvo, where you can see the old pillory, the Gulfar Municipal Museum, and the Chapel of Nossa Senhora da Conceição.
