This is a short trail offering great scenic, cultural, and environmental interest. It is 6.5 km long and easily accessible.

The meeting point is in the square in front of the Reriz Parish Church. As you leave, be careful when crossing the municipal road. The sign indicating the direction is right in front of you. Before reaching Casal Bom, you can take a detour and pass by the picnic area next to the Paiva River. Returning to the trail, continue walking to the Brasileiro Bridge. With any luck, you might still spot otters bathing in these waters.

After crossing this bridge, you’ll arrive in Pinheiro. Continue along the EN225 with great caution due to the traffic. After 300 meters, turn left and take a rural road toward Vila Nova, another village along the Paiva River.

You’ll need to cross one more bridge, and by following the signs, you’ll arrive back in Reriz and at the starting point.

The route can be taken in either direction.
